Tell us how you feel
You answer a few short questions — how you're feeling right now, how you want to feel by the end of the day. No wrong answers. Takes about two minutes.
We ask things like: are you wired or flat right now? Do you need quiet, or would you welcome a little energy around you? Is there anything your body isn't up for today?

We build your day
We curate a real itinerary around your emotional state — specific places, a thoughtful sequence, and a few things pre-arranged on your behalf. You won't see it in advance. That's the point.
Every stop is chosen with intention — not just what's nice, but what's right for how you're feeling. The sequence matters as much as the places themselves.

You show up
We text you your first stop when you're ready to begin. Each stop arrives one at a time — you move through the day at your own pace.

Self Check-In is designed for the everyday weight of burnout — the kind that builds quietly and doesn't always have a name. We're not therapists, and this isn't therapy. We're experience curators, and this is a day that's entirely yours.
If what you're carrying feels bigger than a day out can hold, we'd gently encourage you to reach out to someone who can really help.
