Self Check-In is designed for the everyday weight of burnout — the kind that builds quietly and doesn't always have a name. We're not therapists, and this isn't therapy. We're experience curators, and this is a day that's entirely yours.

Activity costs — a café stop, a wellness treatment, a meal — are separate and noted clearly in your experience. Most half-days run $40–60 in activities on top of your booking fee.
