Cancellation Policy
We put real care into every Self Check-In experience — and some of that means securing bookings on your behalf before your day begins. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, we ask for 48 hours notice so we can make the necessary changes without losing your spot.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your experience receive a full credit to rebook within 90 days. Cancellations inside 48 hours receive a 50% credit. If a pre-booked element can't be recovered, we'll always do our best to find a solution — just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
If a pre-booked experience doesn't feel right when you arrive, reach out before you go in. We'll do our best to find an alternative or apply the credit to a future experience. We never want you to do something that doesn't feel good — that's the opposite of what this is for.
